Shipping Policy
- All Sea Moss Gel orders will be freshly made prior to shipping. Please allow 2-7 business days to process your order.
- We will email you a USPS tracking # before your order is shipped. It is important that the email you used for checkout is accurate
- We will only ship to the shipping address provided during checkout.
- We ship all orders via USPS Priority Mail. Expected your order to arrive within 2-4 full business days.
- Due to the nature of our products we do not ship internationally.
Returns & Exchanges:
- Due to the nature of our products we are not able to issue refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.
Damages:
- Please inspect your order upon receipt. Email us at support@holisticmoss.co if the item is broken or damaged so we can further evaluate the issue.
